Customer Reviews

Pete Tucker and Summit Office Source did a fantastic job helping us source furniture for our new office/warehouse facility.  Pete met with us to provide options and discuss our budget.  He did a great job of listening to our list of “wants” while nudging us toward what we really needed in terms of function and design.  We purchased just under 20 “standing” desks with added returns and 2-piece storage as well as cable management “walls.” These were all gently used, but no one can ever tell!  The furniture helps make a sleek first impression for guests, but, more importantly, it provides our staff an inviting and functional place to work.  For our particular project, the desks were meticulously cleaned and installed by Summit Office Source’s hard-working crew.  We threw a lot of challenges at Pete, but he worked until we found exactly the perfect match for our needs while staying within our budget.  We wouldn’t change a thing.

Working with Pete from Summit Office to come up with a design for our office remodel was so easy!  He was able to take what I had envisioned and bring it to fruition, even though some aspects of what I wanted incorporated were a little “out of the box.” He went above and beyond to help us accomplish our goal (my dream office aesthetic) and stay within budget. People consistently offer positive remarks about our office space.

I began working with Pete Tucker years ago when we both worked for other companies. Since then, I have continued engaging him in many jobs. He has consistently provided information and expertise about potential products and solutions to help me make more informed decisions. His work has saved me time and supplied great design ideas and options that might never have occurred to me. He offers his personal opinion when requested but never pushes for something just because it is a product that he reps. He listens to his clients and is always willing to answer user questions before, during and after the installation. I have no reservations recommending Pete for any size job, from a single piece of office furniture to design help and furnishing furniture for an entire building.

Here's how we help you from start to finish

In its simplest terms, it is the type of furniture that is used for commercial purposes. First and foremost, it is designed and manufactured from durable materials to withstand the heavy use associated with a contract or commercial setting. It is often used in areas such as hotels, educational institutions, restaurants, hospitals, airports, and of course, our favorite, the office.

What Makes Contract Furniture Unique?

It is engineered and designed to have improved strength, durability, stability and weight-bearing qualities, which set it apart from furniture for residential use or other similar settings; contract furniture is engineered to meet industry standards as it undergoes stringent testing and certification processes.  Contract furniture is usually sold by a dealer or manufacturer who understands the diverse range of business needs and expectations.

Working with Summit Office to come up with a design for our office remodel was so easy!
